What is blockchain asset tokenization and how it works

In this short webinar we explain what asset tokenization is and how it works. Specifically, we review concepts such as Initial Coin Offering and Security Token Offering while comparing them with IPO and venture capital funding. What is indeed new is the idea of tokenization applied to assets in conjunction with such application via a blockchain platform.
